We look at your email account together and show you the three fixes worth the most money. You keep the findings, whether we work together or not.
Which email platform do I need?+−
The one you already use. We work in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend and the other main platforms. If moving would make you more money, we'll tell you on the call.
How is the first 60 days paid?+−
We lock your baseline before we start. You pay a small build fee and a share of email revenue above that baseline. Hit the agreed target and we move to a flat monthly fee. Miss it and you keep everything we built.
How do you measure results?+−
A small part of your list gets no marketing email from us. We compare what they spend with everyone else, and report the difference against your Shopify sales every month.
Who is this not for?+−
Stores that are pre-launch or under €30k a month, and anyone who wants more sends rather than better ones.
